I can swim but I want to improve my technique.
Many swimmers put a lot of effort into swimming without feeling as if they are getting anywhere. Others are able to exercise continuously using breast stroke or swimming on the back but feel exhausted after one length of front crawl.
A very small percentage of recreational and fitness swimmers are sufficiently at home in water to get maximum benefits from the exercise. Even slight apprehension about the process of getting the head out to inhale, coupled with a lack of trust in the water to support you, will hinder your smooth progress through the water. We will show you how to swim more smoothly and efficiently by learning to prevent unnecessary tension and help you to eliminate instinctive movement patterns, especially when moving the head to inhale, which hinder your progress through water.
