Intensive, residential courses in Pembrokeshire

One to one 45- minute lessons with Cheryl and Ian Cross (MSTAT) are from £40 (when taking a weekday course). One- hour lessons shared between two are from £60 (when taking a weekday course).

We have two venues, both near Cardigan, Brongwyn Cottages and Croft Farm & Celtic Cottages. Residents have free use of the pool and other facilities and exclusive use of the pool for lessons.

A standard course of 8 x 45-minute individual lessons, from Monday afternoon to Friday morning, is £320.

We recommend at least one Alexander Technique session on dry land. This can be arranged as one of the eight lessons or in addition and further Alexander Technique lessons may be arranged.

These courses run throughout the year except during (Welsh) school holidays. Weekend courses may also be arranged.

One to one lessons in Oxfordshire

One to one 30- minute lessons with Chie Cross (MSTAT) are £35/ £198 for 6.

45- minute lessons are £47/ £270 for 6

1-hour lessons are £62/ £360 for 6.

Sessions take place on Wednesday and Saturday mornings and Tuesday from 3 - 6pm.
