Because of the unique nature of the Swimming without Stress course, people come to us from all over the UK and abroad.  Many of our clients travel from London and the South East and enjoy the beauty and tranquillity of the area.

If you are coming to West Wales from London or the Midlands, we are about 1 hour from the end of the M4.  If you are travelling across Wales from the North of England, we are about 1 hour from Aberystwyth.  Nearest mainline railway stations are Carmarthen and Aberystwyth.

Our Oxford venue is The Park Club situated on the business and science park in Milton, Abingdon. It is just off the A34, Abingdon.
